A beloved Japanese dining tradition returns to Ozumo San Santana Row, bringing exceptional Wagyu and the warmth of a shared table together for the season.

At the center of the experience is our signature Wagyu Trio, featuring American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and A-5 Kagoshima Japanese Wagyu. Discover the unique marbling, delicate textures, and rich flavors of each cut as you gently swish them through our house-made kombu dashi.

Accompanied by a seasonal vegetable platter, traditional goma sauce, and oroshi ponzu, and a comforting udon noodles simmered in the flavorful broth to finish. Explore our sake, wine, and Japanese whisky selections for the perfect pairing.
